Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing equipment, facilities, and production staff to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality operations. This role supports daily production activities, drives continuous improvement, and maintains a positive, pro‑associate work environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes and ensure all systems and procedures are followed.
• Identify and resolve processing issues by coordinating equipment or process adjustments.
• Gather feedback from production associates to improve workflow and plant performance.
• Communicate effectively between shifts and complete detailed shift reports.
• Lead daily operating system meetings to support production goals.
• Oversee training, development, and progress of production associates.
• Provide coaching, resolve employee concerns, and support team development.
• Balance safety, quality, productivity, cost, and morale to achieve strong results.
• Manage departmental performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with plant safety policies and Occupational Health & Safety standards.
• Promote safety improvements and injury‑prevention initiatives.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (Lean experience preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a strong focus on safety and quality.
• Effective interpersonal skills and team‑building abilities.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
