Production Supervisor

• Supervise day-to-day sorting and grading operations.Ensure daily production targets are achieved according to the plan.
• Ensure labour attendance, deployment, productivity and discipline.Ensure optimum manpower utilization.
• Train workers on sorting, grading, quality, hygiene and safety procedures.Monitor product quality and ensure proper segregation as per grading parameters.
• Minimize material wastage, rejection, spillage and production losses.
• Coordinate with QC, maintenance and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain daily production, manpower and rejection/wastage records.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, hygiene and safety standards on the shop floor.
• Identify operational issues and take corrective action/escalate to management.

Qualification - Diploma In Food Technology

Proficient in Advance excel.
