About the role
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure production targets are achieved. Plan and allocate manpower according to production requirements. Monitor production progress, productivity, product quality, and work efficiency. Main production items are surgical drape and surgical packs.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure production targets are achieved
- Plan and allocate manpower according to production requirements
- Monitor production progress, productivity, product quality, and work efficiency
- Ensure production processes are carried out according to company SOP and work instructions
- Monitor machines, materials, and production output to minimize downtime and wastage
- Identify production problems and take appropriate corrective action
- Maintain proper production records and prepare daily/weekly production reports
About you
- 3–5 years of experience in production supervision
- Experience in fabric manufacturing is an added advantage
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic computer skills: able to use laptop, data entry, emails etc.
