Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day production operations and supervise shop-floor employees to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery and Productivity targets.
• Monitor production output, efficiency, downtime, cycle time, OEE and production performance.
• Manage manpower allocation and line balancing to improve productivity and production efficiency.
• Control production quality, investigate defects and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
• Lead and implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, QCC, TPM, 6S and other continuous improvement activities.
• Control scrap, rework, overtime and production costs.
• Monitor WIP and material movement and coordinate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Warehouse and Procurement teams.
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for improvement using Advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Coach and develop production operators, including skill matrix and shop-floor performance.
• Ensure compliance with production safety procedures, quality standards and company regulations.
• Prepare production reports and communicate operational issues with internal and regional/global stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production, with at least 1–2 years in a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Team Leader or similar leadership role.
• Experience in assembly manufacturing is preferred, particularly in: Electrical / electronics products, automotive components, motor / coil assembly, industrial equipment, other complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, QCC, TPM, 6S, productivity improvement or cost reduction.
• Good knowledge of OEE, WIP, cycle time, line balancing and production control.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience using 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto and PDCA.
• Strong data analysis skills with Advanced Excel; Power BI experience is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Able to use AI tools for data analysis, reporting and work-process improvement.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate with regional/global stakeholders.
