PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

1. Daily Production Planning

· Assist in preparing and organizing daily production & work plans.

· Coordinate daily tasks according to production priorities and deadlines.

· Monitor progress of assigned jobs and ensure work is completed according to schedule.

· Adjust work arrangements and priorities when there are changes in production requirements.

· Follow up on outstanding and incomplete tasks on a daily basis.

2. Daily Work Follow-Up

· Follow up on outstanding and incomplete tasks on a daily basis.

· Check whether planned work has been completed according to schedule.

· Identify delays or potential problems early and take appropriate action.

· Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues affecting production.

· Ensure urgent or priority jobs receive proper attention and follow-up.

3. Reporting & Documentation

· Prepare basic daily production/work progress reports using Microsoft Excel.

· Update production schedules, task status, manpower allocation, and completion records.

· Maintain simple records of completed, pending, and delayed work.

· Provide daily updates to the supervisor/management on production progress and outstanding issues.

· Highlight problems that require management attention.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good follow-up skills and able to ensure tasks are completed.

· Able to work under pressure and handle changing priorities.

· Flexible and able to adjust plans when production requirements change.

· Basic Microsoft Excel skills

· Good organizational and time-management skills.

· Responsible, proactive, and willing to take initiative.

· Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

· Manufacturing or similar work experience will be an advantage.
