Production Supervisor – Cadence Foods Inc.

Job Summary Cadence Foods Inc. is looking for a somebody that is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with some heavy lifting. In this hands-on role, you will help turn raw ingredients into high-quality food products while upholding high standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow GMPs
• Take instruction on how to process foods and ensure everyone is following the production processes.
• Package finished goods accurately and efficiently according to Cadence Foods specifications.
• Maintain pristine work areas by executing detailed sanitation and food safety routines.
• Conduct regular quality checks using basic math to confirm exact product weights, proportions, and measurements.
• Strictly adhere to all facility safety guidelines, food handling procedures, and operational protocols.
• Responsible for food safety and quality assurance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment is preferred, though motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, general hygiene protocols, or industrial sanitation.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for verifying batch weights and specs.
• Ability to work effectively in a physically active, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
