Production Supervisor

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities, prepare Job Cards and Production Sheets, allocate manpower, monitor production progress, and ensure orders are completed on time with the required quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Job Cards and Production Sheets based on confirmed orders.
• Cross-check orders, quotations, measurements, and specifications for accuracy.
• Allocate manpower based on pending orders, priorities, and production plans.
• Distribute production sheets to Fabric Cutting, Aluminium Cutting, Stores, and Assembly.
• Coordinate with Stores for required materials, motors, and components.
• Supervise production activities and ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor.
• Guide workers and monitor productivity, quality, and production timelines.
• Coordinate with QC and Logistics for quality checks and order deliveries.
• Track production progress, pending orders, rework, and delays.
• Share timely production updates with the concerned teams/management.
• Support seniors in R&D and process improvement initiatives.

What You Will Bring

• Experience as a Production Supervisor / Shop Floor Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in production planning and Job Card / Production Sheet preparation.
• Blinds, window furnishing, aluminium, or similar manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, or related field preferred.
• Relevant manufacturing experience may also be considered.
