Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and shop-floor workers.
• Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
• Maintain product quality and reduce defects.
• Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with the production, stores, and dispatch teams.
• Ensure machines and equipment are used safely.
• Maintain daily production reports and attendance.
• Follow safety and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of production processes and quality control.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a team of workers.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
