Job Summary

Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Daman

Experience: 3 - 4 Years

Industry: Plastic

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily machine output and identify causes of low productivity
• Implement methods/process improvements to increase output and efficiency
• Maintain hands-on floor knowledge of machine operations (injection/blow moulding for HDPE/PPCP)
• Supervise machine operators and floor workers, ensuring adherence to production plans
• Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs
• Ensure quality standards are maintained during production runs
• Track wastage/rejection rates and work on reduction strategies
• Maintain production logs, shift reports, and output records
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on the shop floor
• Coordinate with Planning and Quality teams for smooth production flow.
