What they need
- Supervise and manage daily production activities and production workers.
- Plan production schedules and ensure jobs are completed on time and according to specifications.
- Monitor production output, quality, manpower and material usage.
- Coordinate with Engineering, R&D and Procurement teams to ensure smooth production.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and production requirements.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement practical solutions.
- Ensure workers follow proper work procedures, SOPs and safety requirements.
- Monitor fabrication, assembly, welding, machining and other production processes.
- Maintain production records and provide regular progress updates to Management.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality and cost efficiency.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
Work Location: In person
