URGENT HIRING – PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Industry: EMS / Aerospace / PCBA
Experience: 2–4 Years
Salary: ₹4–7 LPA
Position: Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise day-to-day production activities.
• Monitor production targets, quality and timelines.
• Handle shop-floor manpower and production planning.
• Ensure proper assembly and production processes for PCBA/electronics manufacturing.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering and other departments.
• Maintain production records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and process standards.

Candidate Profile:

• 2–4 years of experience in EMS, Electronics Manufacturing, PCBA or Aerospace industry.
• Good knowledge of production processes and shop-floor operations.
• Strong team-handling and coordination skills.
• Candidates with relevant PCBA/SMT/THT experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
