PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Implement production schedules and manage workflow to meet deadlines.
• Monitor production performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in production processes.
• Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments such as Quality Control and Supply Chain to optimize production processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Industrial Engineering or related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the FMCG / Food Manufacturing industry.

• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control principles.

• Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements , and GMP and HACCP is a plus and Advantage

• Amicable on working at Brgy. 167 Llano Caloocan City North, Shifting Schedule
