What they need
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Production Planner for Printing Priorities.
- Ensure printing schedule will be followed
- Monitor condition of plant printing presses
- Monitor and ensure safe working environment
- Monitor quality of packaging materials
- Monitor delivery output and labor efficiency
- Arrange manning schedules to optimize operating hours to increase production output
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any Engineering courses
- Licensed Engineer, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineer
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Industrial settings, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- With leadership, planning, and communication skills
