Production Supervisor

We are seeking Production Supervisors for a growing manufacturing company in the Goldsboro, NC area. This role ensures safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity while supporting and developing night‑shift production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support night‑shift production employees (up to 30 employees)
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce all safety protocols
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow as needed
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues to reduce downtime
• Ensure product quality standards are consistently met
• Complete nightly reporting and communicate with other shift leaders

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing company
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
• Knowledge of safety practices, quality standards, and technical manufacturing environments
• Basic computer skills; ERP experience a plus

Preferred

• Experience with Lean/5S or continuous improvement
