Production Supervisor

1. To give a briefing on the morning meeting of daily production activities and production output.
2. To arrange and monitor all production process and workers according to Monthly Production Schedule (MPS).
3. In charge of and control all production worker (Line Leader & Operators) movement.
4. Execute the allowing of qualified all production worker (Line Leader & Operators) for any permission to going out.
5. Review Daily Production Output Report from all workstations and ensuring the record is done correct before submitting it to the Tally Clerk.
6. Issuing for any changes on Product Specification related due to production process deal with QC department.
7. Physically check each workstation daily set up to ensure they meets the required Standard Operating Procedure and Set Up Specification with reference to the daily production schedule/ Manufacturing Order.
8. Handle section head level (Line Leader & operators) problem and ensure the implementation of improvement existing job and personnel within prescribed policies and method.
9. Inspect, check and monitor all facilities and equipment is in good condition before running.
10. Troubleshooting and handling of daily non-conformance events at all workstation, and report on conformance event, segregation and identification of non-conformance items by making use of appropriate traceability records to identify before use and after used non-conforming items.
11. Directly want to raise the issue of machineries breakdown event or machines suspected to be in faulty condition deal with Maintenance department for further corrective action to be taken.
12. Rectification of daily process rejects. Quick disposition of non-conforming items to prevent unintended uses and further deterioration.
13. Ensure the use of all required safety equipment in good condition at all workstation.
14. Direct supervision of sub-section where operator perform differing jobs. Most of the time is spent in assigning, reviewing, checking and eliminated normal difficulties under Standard Operating Procedures or responsible for a job area.
15. Maintain and update production employees' status / attendant / leave.
16. To meet all quality management and SHE policies and regulations.

Requirements:

1. Age: 20 to 39 years old
2. Minimum Diploma
3. With a background in mechanical or technical
4. Expected start: October 2026

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
