Production Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Supervisor to join our Signage & Advertising team in the UAE.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the signage and advertising industry, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day workflow, production, technicians, materials, deliveries, and installations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate daily workflow and production activities.
• Manage and allocate work to technicians, installers, and production staff.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure jobs are completed on time.
• Coordinate delivery and installation schedules with clients, technicians, and drivers.
• Plan and follow up on site installations and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor material inventory and coordinate material requirements with the concerned team.
• Ensure required materials, tools, and equipment are available for production and installation.
• Coordinate between sales, production, installation, and management teams.
• Follow up on pending jobs and ensure deadlines are met.
• Monitor staff attendance, work allocation, productivity, and daily activities.
• Ensure proper handling of materials, tools, machinery, and finished products.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues and report major issues to management.
• Maintain a smooth and organized workflow from production through delivery and installation.
• Ensure work is carried out according to company standards, quality requirements, and safety procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the signage & advertising industry in the UAE or GCC/Gulf region.
• Strong practical knowledge of signage production, advertising materials, and installation processes.
• Previous experience supervising technicians, production teams, and installation crews.
• Good understanding of production planning, material inventory, delivery, and installation coordination.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced advertising environment.
• UAE driving license is an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
