Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations for signage, display stands, and advertising materials. The ideal candidate will ensure quality, efficiency, and timely project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise production staff and assign daily tasks.
• Monitor workflow to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with design, fabrication, and installation teams.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
• Enforce safety and housekeeping standards.
• Report production progress and issues to management.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years’ experience in production supervision within the signage or advertising industry.
• Diploma or ITI qualification in a relevant technical field such as Fabrication, Welding, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of fabrication processes, including acrylic, metal, printing, and related signage production.
• Ability to read and understand design drawings.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
