Production Supervisor

WE ARE HIRING! – PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

WOL KITCHEN SDN. BHD is looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to join our bakery production team.

Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor
Salary: RM2,800 – RM3,500/month

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate daily bakery production activities
• Plan and allocate manpower according to production requirements
• Monitor production progress to ensure daily targets are achieved
• Ensure products are produced according to specifications and quality standards
• Supervise cake assembly, baking, filling, packing and other production processes
• Ensure employees follow SOP, GMP, food safety and Halal requirements
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and housekeeping within the production area
• Coordinate with QC, Warehouse and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor production materials and report shortages or issues to management
• Identify production problems and take appropriate corrective action
• Maintain production records and daily reports
• Train, guide and monitor production staff
• Ensure proper handling and storage of finished products
• Perform other duties assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Bakery, Manufacturing or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in food/bakery manufacturing or production
• Experience in supervising production workers is an advantage
• Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food safety practices
• Knowledge of Halal requirements is an advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to manage manpower and work under pressure
• Responsible, disciplined and good at problem-solving
• Willing to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Able to work overtime when required
