Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead mine site operations. In this role, you will oversee daily mining activities, ensure adherence to quality standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will be pivotal in optimizing processes, managing teams, and maintaining seamless coordination across supply chain functions. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets while ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld.
• Lead process improvement initiatives utilizing lean mining principles to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
• Manage and optimize schedules using Resource Planning to align production with demands.
• Oversee quality control procedures to ensure we meet specifications and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with teams to coordinate smooth production flow.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to foster a motivated and skilled workforce.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies by analyzing process data, identifying bottlenecks, and applying best practices for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mining supervision or production management within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand machinery operations and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
• Understanding of supply chain dynamics, including procurement, logistics, and employee management.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, communicate clearly, and drive results.

Pay: $36.00-$46.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
