We’re looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to provide hands-on leadership within a prestressed concrete manufacturing operation. This role works closely with plant leadership to oversee daily production, staffing, quality, safety, scheduling, and workforce performance.

The ideal candidate is a visible, hands-on leader who can build strong teams, create accountability, and keep production running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing and yard operations.
• Execute production schedules and meet production goals.
• Lead Foremen and hourly production employees.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, labor allocation, and timecards.
• Train, develop, and evaluate employees.
• Partner with Quality Control to maintain product quality and address issues.
• Identify and resolve production, staffing, equipment, and workflow challenges.
• Monitor labor performance, production progress, materials, and equipment.
• Support hiring, retention, and workforce development.
• Reinforce OSHA requirements and safe work practices.
• Maintain a strong culture of safety, quality, teamwork, and accountability.
• Communicate production needs, risks, and progress to plant leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Approximately 6–8 years of related industry experience .
• Experience in prestressed or precast concrete manufacturing strongly preferred .
• Experience in production supervision or another labor-intensive manufacturing environment.
• Strong plant-floor leadership and people management skills.
• Working knowledge of prestress-related equipment and production processes.
• Strong judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and flexible in a fast-paced production environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other common computer systems.
