Production Supervisor

Essential Responsibilities

• Monitoring and preparing Daily production report [DPR]
• Daily Production planning as per MPS
• Monitor and ensure delivery on time & Maintain Quality of the product
• Inventory management.
• Minimize downtime, rejection, and wastage
• Monitor & execute machine performance.(Reduction, carburizing, Ball mill, Dryer)
• Process monitoring & Supervision
• Data entries in ERP and MS Excel.
• Managing Job work
• Raw material Calculations.
• Grain size checking.
• Co-ordination with Press shop Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments
• Manpower allocation & Training
• Maintaining discipline on shop floor

Education

• Diploma /Degree in Mechanical/Chemical

Skills Required- Supervisory, Communication Knowledge/competencies required

• ERP Proficiency (INFOR- Preferable), Decision-Making, Leadership, ISO-QMS/SMS

Experience- 2 to 5 years
