What they need
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
Monitor production output, quality, and efficiency
Assign tasks and manage production personnel
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
Monitor equipment, materials, and production schedules
Identify production issues and implement appropriate solutions
Prepare daily production reports and updates
Lead, motivate, and evaluate production staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
The Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred
With relevant experience in production or operations supervision
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Computer literate and knowledgeable in basic reporting
Willing to work on shifting schedules, if required
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
