What they need
- Supervise the overall operation of the following processes: Extrusion and Winding
- Receive Production Order Form from Production Manager for production scheduling.
- Issue Work Order and Monitoring Form – Insulated Wire Section and Daily checklist form to operators.
- Identify and requisitions materials and supplies needed for production.
- Ensure that the product being produced conforms to the quality and applicable legal requirements.
- Monitor status of products in process.
- Train newly hired personnel (regular and casual).
- Evaluate employee performance on a regular basis.
- Monitor and reports to the Top Management the status of the attainment of the sections’ Functional Objective
- Perform other duties as maybe required.
