What they need
Join the dynamic team at KMS MANUFACTORY SDN. BHD. as a full-time Production Supervisor based in Bertam Technology Park, Kepala Batas. Penang.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise day-to-day manufacturing operations.
- Solve production problems and make timely decisions.
- Ensure production runs efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to lead and motivate production worker.
Qualification :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a production supervisory within the manufacturing industry
- Experience in stainless steel and aluminum fabrication (e.g. CNC machinery fabrication) is an advantage
- Able to communicate with clients in Mandarin, English, and Malay
- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Candidate willing to work at Bertam, Kepala Batas.
