Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Production Supervisor to supervise daily production activities, manage production workers, maintain production schedules and ensure that products are manufactured safely, efficiently and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth production operations.
• Allocate work to production workers and monitor manpower utilization.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per daily production plans.
• Monitor production processes and maintain proper workflow.
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products.
• Maintain production records, reports and shift-wise production data.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Dispatch departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure workers follow company rules, SOPs, hygiene and safety procedures.
• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of the production area.
• Identify production issues, machine breakdowns and operational problems and report them to the concerned department.
• Minimize production loss, wastage and downtime.
• Ensure proper use of machines, equipment and production materials.
• Monitor worker attendance, discipline and performance.
• Train and guide workers on production procedures and safety practices.
• Report daily production status and major issues to the Production/Plant Head.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: 12th / Diploma / Graduation in any discipline.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in FMCG / Food Processing / Manufacturing.
• Should have good manpower handling and supervisory skills.
• Should be comfortable working in a factory environment.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of production records and reporting.
• Local candidates from Khurda/Bhubaneswar and nearby areas will be preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
