Production Supervisor

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead a team of 10-15 employees, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational performance.

HoursMonday to Friday: 2:15pm - 10:45pm

Duties

• Provide effective leadership, coordination, and training to your team of employees
• Operate and be fully conversant with all machines and operations
• Ensure all Food Safety and QA requirements are being adhered to
• Continually identify areas for continuous improvement
• Responsible for running the room and meeting daily targets and KPIs

Skills & experience

• At least 2 years experience in a similar role would be an advantage
• A minimum of 3 years witihn the FMCG food manufacturing industry
• High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
• Proven people management and leadership experience
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
