Production Supervisor

a. To ensure daily production schedule, manpower and OT requirements are well planned and executed to meet target.

b. Investigate and carry out an action plan to reduce customer complaints.

c. Plan and carry out a plant maintenance plan to prevent breakdown/downtime.

d. Hand on in production and maintenance works.

e. Prioritise for candidate with strong maintenance know-how.

工作职责与要求

a. 规划及协调每日生产进度、人力安排及加班需求，确保按时完成生产目标。

b. 调查生产问题及客户投诉，分析并找出问题根本原因，制定及执行改善与纠正措施，以减少客户投诉并防止问题再次发生。

c. 制定并执行设备预防性维护计划，减少机器故障及生产停机时间，确保生产顺畅运行。

d. 积极参与生产现场工作，包括设备故障排查、维修及日常保养工作。

e. 具备良好的机械设备维修知识及实际维修经验者将优先考虑。

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
