MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

PRODUCTION

1. Setting and overseeing daily/weekly/monthly production tasks and schedules, communicating them to workshop employees.
2. Preparing and submitting production reports.
3. Responsible for workshop employees’ attendance (leaves, MC etc.) & register new employee in CORE
4. Accomplish workshop staff results by planning, monitoring, and communicating job expectations; motivating and appraising job results; disciplining and coaching employees; coordinating, initiating and enforcing systems, procedures and policies.
5. Ensure products are manufactured in accordance with company quality system, company safety standards, and customer requirements.
6. Take time to plan work with the team, ensure the team identifies hazards and assesses risks, Seek and listen to EHS suggestions, concerns and ideas. Award and punishment relevant to EHS performance.
7. Take the lead of implementing corrective actions and preventative actions at productions to ensure high quality products delivered to customers.
8. Analyze production, maintenance, and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend solutions.
9. Plan, prioritize, and manage production, logistics and warehousing.
10. Responsible for on-time delivery and cost for the production on site.
11. Look after utilizing production capacity in best way and strive for promoting productivity to highest standard.
12. Assist QESH team by preparing production SOP’s and taking part in needed QESH-related actions.
13. Organize and recruit production personnel in accordance with business objectives.
14. Oversee correct CORE ERP production and movement posting and solve any arising related issues.
15. Oversee that company’s safety standards and instructions are followed. Implement changes to shopfloor.
16. Oversee hours approval in CORE
17. Implement and oversee execution of production and manpower planning in shopfloor

PLANNING

1. According to sales forecast and MIN/MAX stock level, identify and make MPS, weekly and daily production plan based on plant capacity, material status, packaging tools and machine status.
2. According to production plan, organize Warehouse and Purchase department to produce, make sure on-time delivery of sales order and full use of plant source.
3. Responsible for preparing production orders in CORE
4. Other tasks from Factory Director or Production Manager

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

1. 2-5 years’ experience in a similar production environment in metal processing or machinery company
2. Technical background (maintenance manufacturing)
3. Hands on attitude open-ready to participate in the manufacturing process.
4. Experience with equipment maintenance,manufacturing process and basic warehouse management
5. Spoken and written English on good level (Mandarin as advantage)
6. Basic IT skills (MS Office,ERP an advantage)
