Production Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead our operations and ensure seamless production processes. In this role, you will oversee daily factory activities, manage production teams, and uphold safety and quality standards. Your leadership will drive efficiency, foster continuous improvement, and ensure that production targets are met with precision and excellence. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the assembly line, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to schedules
• Manage and motivate production teams, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to optimize productivity
• Maintains and schedules production lines
• Enforce safety standards and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members
• Interpret documents, technical drawings, and process instructions to ensure accurate assembly
• Utilize measuring instruments and hand tools to verify product specifications and quality standards during production
• Implement process improvements using lean principles to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Oversee heavy lifting operations with proper manual handling techniques and forklift operation to ensure safety and compliance

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a factory or wharehouse environment with hands-on knowledge of production processes
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and use measuring instruments effectively
• Proficiency in operating power tools, hand tools, forklifts, and other manufacturing equipment
• Experience managing production or assembly teams within a fast-paced setting
• Familiarity with safety standards in production environments, including safety protocol adherence and risk mitigation strategies
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently while maintaining safety standards
• Must be pass E-Verify

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
