Production Supervisor

Job Objective:

Manages day-to-day production activities to optimize efficiency and quality and ensures full conformity with all regulations and standard operating procedures.

Job Specifications (Minimum Requirements):

• · Completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Agricultural, Industrial)
• · At least 3-5 years of experience as production supervisor in a food manufacturing plant.
• · At least 3-5 years of knowledge and experience in plant processes, equipment, and production.
• · Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills
• · Excellent in problem solving and analytical thinking skills
• · Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
• · Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
