Production Supervisor

Job Objective

• Support Production Manager to achieve production targets, quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production activities and ensure targets are met.
• Maintain quality, safety, and 5S standards.
• Manage materials, tools, equipment, and inventory.
• Support machine troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, HIRARC, and waste management requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments and support continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of production, machine assembly, and inventory control.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Independent, organized, and fast learner.
