Education - B.E /B.Tech in chemical Engineering. Chemical Technology or equivalent.
Years of experience - 2 to 4 years in Chemical, Coating, Refractory or Similar Manufacturing Industry.
Role & responsibilities
Shift activities, Raw- Material Identification, Weighing, charging and sequence of addition.
SOPs, batch instruction, quality requirements and EHS procedures.
Manpower handling, equipment utilization, batch cycle time and production output
Continuous improvement, Kaizen, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
