ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a leading international industrial organization with a strong manufacturing footprint and a well-established presence in multiple markets, is seeking an experienced professional to join its team as:

Production Supervisor - Xanthi (6317/PS/ESS/GR)

About the Role

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring production operations to ensure the efficient utilization of resources, adherence to production schedules and achievement of established performance targets, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring compliance with production plans, operational procedures and performance targets.
• Coordinate and monitor production personnel, ensuring efficient workflow, high productivity and compliance with quality standards.
• Work closely with the Maintenance Department to ensure equipment reliability and minimize production disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and promote the proper use of machinery and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Monitor production performance, identify operational issues and support the implementation of corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production Planning, Maintenance, EHS and other departments to improve productivity, product quality and operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Candidate Profile

• BSc in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Production Engineering). An MSc degree will be considered an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Production, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in production planning, team coordination, equipment utilization and performance monitoring.
• Good understanding of industrial Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Familiarity with SAP will be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively and work collaboratively across departments.
• Hands-on approach, with a focus on operational efficiency, continuous improvement and achieving production targets.
