Production Supervisor

🚨 Hiring: 2 Production Supervisors in Fort Worth

I'm partnering with a global electronics manufacturer that's growing fast and needs two strong leaders on the floor, one over the PCBA team and one over Final Assembly.

Here's the key thing: this role is about leading people. If you've run a team in a manufacturing environment, you don't need an electronics background to be considered. They'll teach the technical side.

What you'd do:

🔹 Lead a team of engineers and technicians

🔹 Own interviewing, hiring and staffing for your team

🔹 Report on team performance and keep production on track

🔹 Drive process improvements as new lines ramp up

What they're looking for:

✅ 2+ years supervising or leading a team in manufacturing (any industry)

✅ Experience with hiring, coaching and performance management

✅ A continuous improvement mindset

Nice to have, but not required:

➕ Engineering or technical background

➕ Electronics manufacturing experience (PCBA, SMT, assembly or test)

➕ Lean, Six Sigma or root cause tools like 8D
