Production Supervisor

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and lead the daily operations of the manufacturing floor, ensuring full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cosmetic manufacturing standards. This role is responsible for managing production processes, operational efficiency, contamination control, documentation accuracy, and team leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, and timely production of Organic Skin Japan products. The Production Head plays a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence, maintaining regulatory compliance, and upholding product quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across all stages of production, including raw material handling, bulk manufacturing, filling, and packaging.
• Lead and supervise daily manufacturing operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant production processes.
• Manage production personnel, workflow scheduling, and equipment utilization to meet operational targets.
• Ensure accurate preparation, review, and implementation of Batch Manufacturing
• Records (BMR) and related production documentation.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure production machines, HVAC systems and water systems are properly maintained
• Implement contamination control and sanitation procedures to prevent cross-contamination and microbial growth.
• Monitor production timelines, inventory levels, and material usage to optimize resources while minimizing waste and operational risks.
• Collaborate closely with Quality Control (QC), R&D, warehouse, and supply chain teams to support product quality and production efficiency.
• Ensure manufacturing activities comply with FDA Philippines regulations, ASEAN Cosmetic GMP Guidelines, and internal company standards.
• Support audits, inspections, investigations, and corrective action implementation related to manufacturing and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, safety, and manufacturing performance.

Qualifications:

• College graduate of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, Industrial Engineering, or related scientific fields.
• Proven experience in cosmetic, skincare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing operations.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of GMP, FDA Philippines manufacturing requirements, and cosmetic production standard.
• Experience handling production planning, process monitoring, equipment management, and manufacturing documentation.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in cosmetic or skincare manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with ASEAN Cosmetic GMP Guidelines and FDA compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of contamination control, sanitation procedures, and manufacturing risk management.
• Strong documentation, organizational, and team management skills operations teams.
• Ability to lead cross-functional coordination between production, QC, warehouse, and operations team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and decision-making abilities
