Production Supervisor

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably a graduate of Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition and Dietetics, or any food-related course.
• With experience in food manufacturing, bakery production, foodservice, or related operations.
• Preferably with experience in supervising production personnel or managing a team.
• Must have basic knowledge of food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Familiar with production planning, inventory monitoring, and quality control.
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure, manage production schedules, and meet daily production targets.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including early morning shifts, when necessary.
• Preferably a resident of Sariaya, Quezon.

Key responsibilities

• Report directly to the President/General Manager
• Oversee daily bakery production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely output
• Supervise production personnel and monitor work assignments, attendance, and performance
• Ensure compliance with established product specifications, food safety protocols, GMP, and sanitation requirements
• Monitor raw material usage, production yields, and product wastage
• Coordinate with management regarding production schedules, inventory requirements, and operational concerns
• Identify production issues and recommend improvements to maintain consistent product quality and operational efficiency
