Production Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient use of resources and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with team members to plan, schedule, and execute production activities effectively.
• Monitor machine shop performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols on the shop floor by conducting regular inspections and training sessions.
• Develop strategies to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall plant efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related field (production engineering).
• Diploma or B.Pharma degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of production management principles, including planning, scheduling, and control processes.
• Proficiency in manpower handling, machine shop operation, production supervising, production planning, production scheduling, productivity improvement techniques.
