Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor – Printing & Corrugated Box Manufacturing
Location: Bawana Industrial Area, Delhi (on-site, full-time)

About the Role
We are a printing and corrugation manufacturing unit looking for an experienced Production Supervisor. You will be responsible for planning and delivering daily production targets while leading our machine operators and labour team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan daily and weekly production schedules based on order priorities and delivery deadlines
• Assign work to machinemen, helpers and labour, and ensure targets are met
• Coordinate with stores, dispatch and the maintenance team on raw material (paper, ink, glue) and machine readiness
• Maintain attendance, shift records and production reports

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a supervisor in a corrugated box manufacturing unit or printing press
• Hands-on knowledge of corrugation plants, printing machines (flexo/offset) and post-press operations
• Ability to read job cards and understand box specifications (GSM, BF, ply, flute type)
• Must be able to commute daily to Bawana Industrial Area

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bawana, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
