Production Supervisor Injection Mold

• Supervises and coordinates injection molding processes including machine set-ups and operations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to give direction and lead others; to take action as necessary in line with company procedures and guidelines
• Manage direct and Indirect associates, equipment, and materials to achieve the highest level of quality and productivity at minimum cost
• Ensure that all products are manufactured to process standards, including cycle times, quality standards, packaging requirements.
• Develop team members and culture
• Responsible for daily shift reporting and documentation
• Control efficiency, utilization, and effectiveness of the labor within departments
• Ability to use problem solving skills and engage in problem solving activities
• Capable of training operators in the relevant systems and procedures
• Excellent attendance and the ability to work overtime
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to consult and coordinate with the management team, communicating all necessary information
• Maintain and improve 5s on production floor
• Detail oriented and self-motivated with desire to succeed
• 5 or more years of supervisory experience
