We provide a full life-cycle service covering design, supply, installation and maintenance. Our products support hospitals, airports, aged care facilities, retail, infrastructure and commercial construction projects across Australia and New Zealand.

About the role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating daily production activities, managing resources and ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

The role's accountabilities include:

1. Planning and coordinating production schedules to meet customer delivery deadlines.
2. Supporting and leading production staff to achieve operational targets.
3. Monitoring production costs, labour utilisation and material usage.
4. Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
5. Maintaining product quality and compliance with relevant Australian Standards and accreditation requirements.
6. Identifying opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, productivity and efficiency.

About you

Must haves

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a production, manufacturing or similar operational role.
• Understanding of production planning, manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Ability to analyse production performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
