Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production plans according to the approved production schedule and required delivery timelines.
• Monitor production output, line speed, manpower utilization, and production efficiency to achieve established targets.
• Ensure production lines operate according to approved work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process parameters.
• Coordinate with PPIC, Warehouse, QA/QC, Maintenance, and other relevant departments to ensure production readiness.
• Manage production changeovers, line clearance, and product transitions to minimize downtime and prevent product mix-ups.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, pharmacy, chemistry or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing, preferably in a aerosol production
• Familiar with aerosol filling, packaging, and quality-control processes.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, safety regulations, and production standards.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Willing to be based in Salatiga
