What they need
Machine Shop Supervisor Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily machine shop activities and production work.
- Allocate jobs to machine operators as per production plans.
- Ensure machining operations meet drawing and quality requirements.
- Monitor production targets and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, and Production departments.
- Ensure proper machine operation, maintenance, and safety.
- Reduce rejection, rework, and material wastage.
- Maintain production reports, job cards, and machine records.
- Train and guide machine operators to improve productivity.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
