Job Description

Primefab Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to manage daily production activities, supervise workers, and ensure quality and timely completion of steel fabrication work.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities in the fabrication shop.
• Manage workers, welders, fitters, and fabrication teams.
• Monitor production targets and ensure timely project completion.
• Check fabrication quality and ensure compliance with drawings.
• Coordinate with the design, quality, and dispatch departments.
• Maintain production records and daily progress reports.
• Ensure workplace safety and proper use of equipment.
• Minimize material wastage and improve production efficiency.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / ITI / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in production supervision.
• Knowledge of steel fabrication, welding, fitting, and assembly.
• Ability to read and understand engineering and fabrication drawings.
• Good team management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage production targets and solve shop-floor problems.
