Production Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations on the factory floor. In this role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure safety standards are maintained, and drive continuous process improvements. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production activities across the assembly line, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
• Manage and guide production teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training on equipment and safety procedures
• Ensure compliance with safety standards in production areas, including proper manual handling, heavy lifting protocols, and use of personal protective equipment
• Interpret manufacturing documents such as technical drawings, work instructions, and process specifications to ensure accurate assembly and quality control
• Utilize measuring instruments and power tools to verify product specifications and facilitate mechanical assembly processes
• Implement process improvements by analyzing workflow inefficiencies, applying lean manufacturing principles, and promoting best practices in manufacturing management
• Conduct regular safety audits, enforce safety protocol adherence, and maintain a safe working environment for all team members

Requirements:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production line supervision preferred.
• Ability to lead, train, and supervise production line employees.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Ability to monitor production targets, productivity, and employee performance.
• Ability to identify and resolve production issues.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production schedules.
• Ability to maintain accurate production reports and attendance records.
• Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime and different shifts as needed.
• Basic computer skills required.
• English/Spanish comunication

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
