We're looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our Operations team at Birkhill.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about developing people, improving processes and driving operational excellence.

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our Production team, ensuring production plans are delivered safely, efficiently and on time while maintaining the highest standards of quality, stock control and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead, motivate and develop Production and Stores teams

✅ Deliver production targets and operational KPIs

✅ Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives

✅ Ensure high standards of Health & Safety, Quality and Housekeeping

✅ Manage inventory accuracy and stock control processes

✅ Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, QA, Logistics and Customer Service teams

✅ Support business growth through strong leadership and operational excellence

About You:

✔ Experience leading teams within manufacturing, production or FMCG environments

✔ Strong knowledge of production planning and operational processes

✔ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

✔ Passion for continuous improvement and developing high-performing teams

✔ Strong communication and organisational abilities
