Production Supervisor

About the role

This role is responsible for daily activities in production operations, including managing production schedules, and ensuring materials are properly received, identified, and accessible to production staff.

Key responsibilities

• Monitors daily productions and quality control performance records, identifying inefficiencies and taking responsive and corrective actions where necessary assisting in all aspects of the production floor.
• Ensure production process remains smooth and efficient by organizing workflows and monitoring staff.
• Supervise and schedule production team activities, ensuring tasks are allocated effectively to meet production goals or achieve a higher output.
• Monitor the team's performance and productivity, providing feedback and support.
• Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency.
• Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns within the team and interact with clients and suppliers as needed, ensuring positive relationships.
• Prepare daily production reports and update management on production status.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper housekeeping in the production area.

Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production.
• Candidate possess at least Diploma (or above) in Management,Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (preferred)
• Preferred Chinese/people who can communicate well in Mandarin
• Possess responsible and willing to work attitude.
• Ability to multi-tasks.
• Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power point and Adobe PDF)
• Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic
• Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create and adhere to production processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
