Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and manage the overall production unit in a manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing production activities, supervising employees, coordinating with the manager, and ensuring that daily production targets are achieved efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the overall day-to-day operations of the production unit.
• Supervise production employees and allocate daily work based on production requirements.
• Coordinate with the manager daily to understand production plans, priorities, and work requirements.
• Prepare and communicate daily work schedules to employees based on management instructions.
• Monitor employee performance, productivity, attendance, and work progress.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned timeline.
• Identify production-related issues and implement effective solutions.
• Handle day-to-day operational problems and ensure smooth production activities.
• Coordinate with other departments to avoid production delays.
• Maintain production records, daily reports, and work-related documentation.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and production resources.
• Maintain workplace discipline, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Must have prior experience independently handling a production unit or production team.
• Experience in supervising employees and managing daily production activities is mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with management and execute production plans effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle production-related challenges.
• Candidates with experience in manufacturing companies will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates who have previously handled the overall production unit, managed workers, coordinated directly with management, and taken responsibility for daily production operations are preferred.

Note: Candidates with only machine-operating experience and no production team-handling experience may not be suitable for this position.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
