Production Supervisor

About the role
VISION FOAM IND SDN. BHD. is seeking an Production Supervisor to join our dynamic manufacturing team based in Batu Arang, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations across our production lines. As an Production Supervisor, you will support the supervision of production teams, oversee scheduling and planning activities, and contribute to maintaining our high standards of quality and safety. This role is instrumental in bridging communication between senior management and production staff, ensuring that production targets are consistently met and exceeded.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate production activities on the floor, ensuring all teams work efficiently and safely.
• Monitor production schedules and collaborate with the Head of Department to adjust timelines as needed.
• Track production metrics, including output, quality standards, and downtime, and report findings to senior management.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance schedules.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure clarity on production objectives and progress.

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
• Saturday: 8:30 am - 1:00 pm
