Production Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join TRI-PHIL International, Inc. in a full-time capacity. Based in Tunasan, Muntinlupa City, this role is pivotal to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities. As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team to meet production targets and deadlines. This position plays a strategic role in supporting our operational excellence and contributing to the company's commitment to delivering high-quality products.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of manufacturing tasks
• Monitor production schedules and adjust processes as needed to meet output targets and delivery deadlines
• Conduct regular inspections of products to ensure adherence to quality standards and company specifications
• Train, mentor and supervise production team members, providing guidance on proper procedures and safety protocols
• Identify and address production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency
• Maintain accurate production records, documentation and reporting on output, quality metrics and team performance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations within the production area
• Communicate effectively with management, quality assurance and other departments to coordinate operations
• Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate materials for production

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar supervisory role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting production schedules and product specifications
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination across departments
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions in fast-paced environments
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards
• Proficiency in using production management software and computer systems
