We are currently hiring for the Production Supervisor position. This individual is responsible for the oversight of management & organization of production in Winnipeg. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our crews and subcontractors work collaboratively and in alignment with Management’s goals, objectives, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), safety requirements, and current Human Resources (HR) guidelines. The Production Supervisor is responsible for all activities at the site and acts as the primary point of contact in off-hours and on weekends in the absence of management.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reporting, documenting and communicating with subcontractors and Rydel employees.
• Communicating with clients to keep them up to date on ongoing projects
• Scheduling & actively updating production schedules
• Leading morning project set-ups & take-downs, quality control & site visit inspections throughout
• Continuously evaluating workplace safety and environmental concerns to ensure safety initiatives meet goal levels.
• Conduct initial Roof Inspections & Final Inspection on projects ensuring all products were installed to Rydel Standards
• Recording production data (contacts, notes, pictures, etc.) in our CRM & ensuring our KPI’s are being hit on a weekly basis

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $55,000-$90,000 per year with bonuses based on quotas

Experience:

• Production Supervision / Leadership: 1 years (required)
• Roofing / Construction Experience: Preferred

Language:

• English (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: One location

Pay: $55,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
